It would appear as though my distro hopping days are not quite over yet. I've decided to move from Debian to LMDE (Linux Mint Debian Edition) and Crunchbang on my Laptop.
For the sake of continuity I'm going to keep writing this with these Distros in mind. I feel there my be more hopping around in the future.
Hopefully after a few months I'll have settled into a new non-Ubuntu distro.
